Short version: we only receive what you send us through the project form, and we only use it to respond to you.
What we collect
When you submit the Start a Project form, we receive the details you provide: your name, company or organization, email address, industry, and the problem description you write. We receive nothing else — no tracking data from the form, no browsing history, no third-party enrichment.
How we use it
Your submission is read by our team to understand your problem and prepare a response. If it's a potential fit, we use your contact details to reach out and schedule a discovery conversation. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else, and we don't add you to marketing lists.
Storage and retention
Form submissions are stored in our private intake system with access limited to the ALCORAO team. If we don't end up working together, we keep the submission only as long as needed to follow up, then delete it.
Your control
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold from your submission, correct it, or delete it. Just write to us through the same form or your usual contact channel and mention this policy.
